About the role
Our customers are our partners. Enabling Partners to provide world class investing experiences to their customers is what we do. Each investment requires a number of touchpoints with DriveWealth’s services - from reference data for an investment to trade confirmations and monthly statements. In order to make this work, we need to define and deliver our next generation of investing services. In this role, you will lead the effort to create our next generation of services for market data, corporate actions and tax services. As a leader in the Partner and Developer Experiences team, you’ll have global responsibility and your success has an immediate impact on the results of our top line growth goals.
What you’ll do
- Understand the multi-faceted needs of our customers to create, manage and monitor their investments
- Assess our current capabilities, the needs to support new products, markets and verticals to identify gaps and a path forward to create the next gen APIs
- Collaborate across the organization working with customers, and colleagues across product, operations, legal, compliance, professional services and sales.
- Be a platform thinker by abstracting tactical needs to identify ways to extend the solutions you create to emerging and future use cases
- Day to day
- Identify and address product gaps with live integrations
- Effectively communicate strategies and trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development teams
- Own product commitments and outcomes to stakeholders
- Apply your strong technical acumen to create product requirements and technical specs
- Manage and report status on projects. Ensure timely and accurate completion
- Support GTM activities including the development of documentation, training and playbooks enabling various teams in support of our customers globally
What you’ll need
- 8+ years experience in a technical product management role - preferably delivering SaaS products in payments or financial services
- Organizational skills, plus ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration in multiple geographies
- Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Business acumen and an ability to think strategically
- Team player; ability to interface and build relations at all levels internally and externally
- Experience with analytics, customer interaction and using both qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify improvements and measure success.
Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
