Your team

Your Mission
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Play a crucial role in ensuring that we implement a consistent and fair approach to compensation across all departments. You will be responsible for managing total compensation and ensuring that it is in line with our philosophy and the objective to reward performance and retain talent.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies, policies and processes that support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular compensation analysis and establish best practices to ensure that we remain competitive in the market and that total compensation (including regular salaries, stock options, pensions and any other types of employee benefits) is fair and consistent across all departments and regions, while complying with local legislations and pay equity;Manage the company’s equity compensation plan, including the administration of stock options and other equity-based incentives, in a fair, consistent, and performance-oriented culture.
- Work with department leaders to analyse team and individuals performance and align changes on compensation based on it.
- Provide expert guidance and support to our leaders and employees on compensation and benefits related issues.
- Proactively anticipate our gaps and areas for development by staying up-to-date with industry developments, market practices and understanding their relevance to us.
- Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary level and make recommendations for adjustments.
- Manage and work with budgets for compensation and benefits, ensuring that we maximise value while ensuring we’re cost-effective.
- Use strong technical skills and experience with implementing systems to efficiently improve our processes (systems and automations are key), and create reports and insights to drive better decision making.
- Model compensation scenarios to determine the impact of changes on the overall compensation program.
- Continuously learn and develop skills to enhance their expertise in compensation and benefits and the broader People department area.

You enjoy working in a very fast-paced environment and you can balance multiple tasks. You’re a good communicator, with excellent soft skills and a hands-on approach when it comes to working. Some important requirements would be:
- At least 2-3 years of previous experience in compensation and equity, with a focus on developing and implementing compensation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex compensation data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Energy, commitment, personal integrity and ability to be trusted with confidential information.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices applicable in various countries, departments and seniority levels’.
- Technical skills, including the ability to code and work with data analysis tools, and experience with implementing systems to automate processes and drive efficiency.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to take initiative and work individually as well as part of a team.
